Frank Entertainment Signs Lease with Magnolia Park in Greenville, SC

JUPITER, FL (SEPTEMBER 1, 2009) - Frank Entertainment, one of the World’s oldest and most respected Motion Picture Theatre and Entertainment Companies (1906) is pleased to announce that it has signed a lease with Menin Development at Magnolia Park Town Center in Greenville, South Carolina.

We are thrilled to be joining the 700,000 square foot campus and excited to be the exclusive Bowling and Family Entertainment Center for Magnolia Park. SUPERPLAY USA, a Bowling and Family Entertainment Center will offer an all encompassing entertainment and dining experience where guests can immerse themselves in a State-of-the-Art "family playground"; offering 34 lanes of private bowling, laser tag, an interactive game room, sports bar, martini bar, party rooms, and a billiards room.

Located in Greenville, South Carolina, the Magnolia Park Campus currently consists of approximately 700,000 square feet of existing retail space anchored by the top performing Regal Cinemas in North and South Carolina, Sports Authority, Rooms To Go, Costco Wholesale Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Old Navy. Menin Development is in the process of leasing the remaining 150,000 square feet of existing available space comprised of a former two-level department store box and existing mall space.
