assistance to novice and seasonal bowlers alike.

Jim was inducted into New Haven County (Connecticut) Hall of Fame in June 1979. He was inducted into Connecticut State Hall of Fame in September 1979 and Jim founded the 1st senior monthly tournament in Florida in October 1989.
Jim Byrnes is a 3 time Connecticut Bowler of the Year in 1977, 1978, and 1979. He was the Connecticut State Champ in 1977 and 1979. Jim has over sixty perfect 300 games and over twenty 800 series. Jim has been a pro shop owner and instructor for over 40 years. He runs and operates the pro shop at SUPERPLAY USA.

Meet PBA Bowling Professional, Jim Byrnes
Jim Byrnes, originally from Wolcott, Connecticut, Jim is a 40 year PBA member. He is one of the five founders of IBPSIA (International Bowling Pro Shop & Instructors Association). Jim is one of the original 9 teacher instructors for USA Bowling.Jim was inducted into New Haven County (Connecticut) Hall of Fame in June 1979.
